A member of Birmingham’s commercial real estate scene has launched a new specialty investment firm.
Katy Lincoln has opened Lincoln Holdings. The new venture provides opportunities for health care real estate investment.
With over a decade in commercial real estate, Lincoln’s career includes roles at Birmingham-based Graham & Co. and CBRE where she worked on major projects such as Town Madison and MidCity in Huntsville. Her most recent role was senior vice president of real estate and operations at Birmingham-based Development Solutions where she spearheaded the firm’s real estate strategy, focusing on the development of health care properties and the acquisition of income-generating medical offices over the past three years.
